Josie has now undertaken her Inca Trail Challenge for The Meningitis Trust raising over £3,000 in the process, and has returned moved and inspired by the plight of the Peruvian Mountain Children who face everyday struggles for basic requirements of food and warm clothing, before even considering medical care and education. Whilst her intention is to continue raising funds for The Meninigitis Trust, she has now taken on a further challenge to provide for the Peruvian Mountain Children and hopes to one day set up both a school and hospital facility in the mountains surrounding Cusco.
