Your chance of winning is about your knowledge to answer the question and your skill and judgement as to where the Frisbee lies.

You may enter as many times as you like in order to increase your chance of winning.

Anyone over the age of 18 can enter with the exception of the promoters, their family, agents, employees, professional advisers or anyone else connected with the development or operation of the website or with the administration of the competition.

No. We are drawing two winners. The first winner has apartment A and the second winner has apartment B.

If we sell all tickets for both prizes 24,550 in total, before the closing date we will hold the draw as stated above.

Just the competition entry. We are paying the stamp duty if applicable and reasonable legal costs, up to a maximum of £500 + VAT per winner.

The winners will be randomly drawn from those entrants who have correctly judged the position of the Frisbee within the defined area (a radius of 10 pixels as stated in the Definitions under "ENTRY")

The winner will be notified individually and details of the winner and the winning position of the Frisbee will be posted on the website, photos of the winners taking possession of their prize will also appear on the website.

You will be in receipt of your prize within 28 days of either the draw or our being able to contact you whichever is later, subject to the full Terms and Conditions.

If we don't reach our target a cash draw will take place as set out in the Terms and Conditions.

You will step into the landlord's position and receive the rent until the tenancy expires or is terminated. You will be notified, should you win the prize, as to whether the property is tenanted or not. Full details of the letting and management companies will be disclosed by the solicitor on handover to the winner of the competition.
