Jayne Palmer

Jayne is a single mum, and having brought up three gorgeous children is very aware of the difficulties facing many families and young couples seeking a home, as an interior design consultant and whilst managing director of the interiors division of a property management company she has revamped some 80 plus properties, has also developed a few small businesses in her time. Jayne has worked hard to improve her situation, faced many difficulties along the way, and has overcome them with the help and support of family and friends. Her youngest daughter Lou is a well qualified hypnotherapist with her own practice specialising in stress related disorders, so has been an enormous help! Jayne now sees this as an opportunity to give someone else a helping hand.

Josie Palmer

Josie is Jayne's eldest daughter and has in the past been very much involved in setting up and running businesses with her mum. Josie has also worked as a letting agent for a well known Bristol estate agency and is ARLA Lettings and Management registered, having previously helped set up and run a lettings agency. For a time Josie ran her own decorating business and is now a PA for a local freight forwarding company. In her spare time she is involved in fundraising for The Meningitis Trust and having recently completed the Inca Trail Challenge raising over £3,000 in the process, has returned moved and inspired by the plight of the Peruvian Mountain Children who face everyday struggles for basic requirements of food and warm clothing, before even considering medical care and eduacation. Whilst her intention is to continue raising funds for The Meninigitis Trust, she has now taken on a further challenge to provide for the Peruvian Mountain Children and hopes to one day set up both a school and hospital facility in the mountains surrounding Cusco.

Both now wish to use this amazing opportunity and assist a lucky individual in obtaining their very own home or investment property with no mortgage or rent to pay. If the lucky winner chooses to rent out the apartment, an additional income could be received. What a wonderful gift in the current financial climate.
